Oh man, I had to think about that for so long, to keep it in-character. The thing about Sherlock's drug use is that I reckon he'd be too smart to OD accidentally, even if he's self-destructive and addicted or whatever- there'd have to be something else going on, like other drugs in the cocaine, which is used quite a lot, because it can be used to get people onto the harder stuff.
Anyway, I'm rambling.
