I have to say, I always read that as 'cigarette sexcitement'. Which is just terrible.
I have to confess that I saw the Sherlock thinking in another fic, but it was really hard to write. >,<
I'm glad you enjoyed the fic.
I'll try and give you more Lestrade-service next time. :p
